For much of my professional life, I worked with technology and information systems, primarily within the hospitality sector. Working with complex systems and, more importantly, with the people who interact with them, taught me to look at problems as interconnected rather than isolated.

Then, I moved into fine-art photography. Photography changed the way I looked at the world.

I became increasingly interested in a simple question: if two people can stand in front of exactly the same reality and experience something completely different, where does that difference come from?

This question led me beyond photography into the exploration of perception, attention, thought, emotion, behaviour, consciousness and the way we construct meaning from our experiences.

The result is The Game of Life: an evolving experiential framework that explores the relationship between what happens to us, how we perceive it, how we interpret it, what we believe, what we think and feel, and ultimately the choices and actions through which we create our lives.

I don’t present myself as a psychologist, therapist or spiritual teacher. My role is that of a facilitator and explorer.

Through conversations, visual exercises, photography, observation and practical experiences, I invite people to step back from the automatic patterns of everyday life and examine the game they are playing—and whether it is the game they actually want to play.

The Game of Life is not about finding a single answer to how we should live.

It is about becoming more conscious of the questions, perceptions and choices that shape the life we experience.
